"The apartment was spacious, clean, very secure and a great location. Stefania was very quick to answer our questions and gave us short day trip ideas. We stayed 6 nights and had lots to do in Ravenna and surrounding towns. The 5th century buildings were amazing."

"Eine sehr schöne und saubere Anlage. Jeden Tag wird in und um den Häusern geputzt. Auch der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Viele schöne Programme für Kinder und Erwachsene. Alle Personen sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Auch wenn nur Isabella an der Rezeption deutsch kann, Englisch geht auch. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und können hier nur eine sehr gute Empfehlung aussprechen!"

"We (a family of six) have just spent a week at Via Montescudo, 126 and had a fabulous time. The house is great, plenty of room and charming throughout. The jewel in the crown is the swimming pool, of course - we spent many a happy hour in the water, on the sunbeds and chilling in the cabin. Then there is the town of Rimini itself, which was a revelation to us: wonderful beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, buildings, streets - it has it all. We found the simplest way to get to it from number 126...

"We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions."

"La casa è molto comoda con ampi spazi, dovrebbe essere solo manutenuta un po’ meglio e essere fornita di qualche accessorio in più , perché è davvero una casa carina in una posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dal mare, vicinissima alla zona pedonale ma appena fuori dal rumore del centro. "A pleasant stay about 12-15 min walk from the beach. The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is trying to use it. We stayed in the winter, so we couldn’t rate the pool. Parking was straightforward and the hotel is quite convenient to Rimini’s airport. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was very friendly."

"We loved this hotel. We rented a Junior Suite which was basically a one bedroom apartment with a spacious combined living/dining room. The bathroom was also very spacious. While there, we took full advantage of the in house laundry room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our only problem was with the housekeeping staff on a Sunday who never came to our room. Luckily we found the duty manager who was cleaning rooms on another floor who was very nice and gave us towels. This property is very close to the historic old town and main sites and museums. There are ample good restaurants in the area as well as market with one being ten steps away from the main entrance. "
