Atmospheric apartment in heart of medieval town

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast inside thematic restaurant on the premises. Apartment home away from home. Parking a little difficult to find at first but very convenient once familiar with the surroundings. Definitely recommend!!! P.S. we really enjoyed meeting the local cat looking in from the garden outside our window 😻

It was difficult to find the Pension reception. I was greeted rather gruffly when I asked at the pension's restaurant about checking, "Wait until 2; not open!" Nothing more. Most days and evenings, there were smokers clustered at the stairs going up to our room. The restaurant offered a wonderful ambience and the food was delicious!! Too bad the music for dinner and for the included breakfasts each morning was so loud and obnoxious. Our room was spacious for an old hotel and we had a good view of the Cesky Krumlov castle. Workmen hammered outside our room and blocked our view with scaffolding our first 2 days, but thankfully quit their work Friday evening and Saturday for a more peaceful time.

Comfortable property. We dined in their restaurant for dinner but missed the supplied breakfast as our shuttle left at 8am and breakfast didn’t start until 8. Had a few problems with the electrical points in the room either not being accessible - eg being behind the bed or not working. Other than that the shower was lovely and hot and the bed comfortable

Very good property right at the town centre .

We stayed one night there . The location is unbeatable right at the town square . The property has a restaurant downstairs where we had the tasty breakfast included and we also had lunch there on the day of checking in . The food was good and the vibe of the restaurant was good . We had a huge clean room with a comfy bed . All in all , we were satisfied with the stay .

Só vale pela localização . Atendimento ruim !

Hotel localizado na praça centeal da cidade . Quartos grandes porém tudo muito simples a decoração . Não tem ventilador . Mini cozinha com geladeira , microondas , pratos e talheres . Café da manhã simples . Vc chega e 20 minutos depois de começado o horário ( que vai de 8-10:00 ) não repõe mais nada . Fiquei 2 diárias , perguntei sem entravam para arrumar , limpar e trocar as toalhas .Me disseram que sim . Fiquei duvidando pois já haviam deixado 8 toalhas no quarto . Dito e feito não entraram pada fazer arrumação alguma . As minhas duas diárias deveriam ser pagas no hotel . Tive que pagar em dinheiro pois disseram que a máquina do cartão de crédito estava com problema e olha que eu tinha perguntado no email . E se eu só tivesse com cartão de crédito ? Achei que usaram de má fé pois queriam receber em dinheiro. Enfim o atendimento do hotel deixa muito a desejar , não fazem questão de serem simpáticos , curtos e grossos . O que vale é a localização e tem café simples

La ubicación es excelente, en plena plaza. Por lo que aparcar allí es muy complicado. El apartamento estaba muy bien, aunque el colchón del sofá cama era muy muy malo, lleno de muelles. El desayuno estaba bien. Pese a lo incómodo del sofá, y al tema del aparcamiento, volvería a alojarme aquí. La relación calidad precio es buena.

Erittäin keskeinen sijainti, keskustori käytännössä ulko-ovella. Huone on ravintolan yläkerrassa, mutta äänet eivät kantaudu huoneeseen. Ilmastointia ei ollut, mutta ikkunan sai auki. Hintaan kuuluva aamupala aivan kelvollinen. Hyvä Wifi, mutta salasana piti itse päätellä vääristä ohjeista.

Quick and easy check in from restaurant Mastal below. Clean and spacious room, very nice breakfast included. Excellent location on corner of main square. Stairs and bit of noise from courtyard were the only minor drawbacks.

A hotel with atmosphere

This hotel has a lot of charm and character. There is lots of wood used in the room which makes it rustic looking. The room is a good size and the bathroom is nice. The breakfast was good and the location is great in this beautiful town. I only would recommend a better mattress. The foam on the bed right now is very thin and not very comfortable..

Don’t think we’ll be back.

This pension is a few rooms above a seemingly popular restaurant. While it is in a good location, our attic room (no lift) was very basic and actually dangerous with beams sticking out of the floor and roof and a step in the middle of the room -both with potential to cause a nasty trip injury. Beds were not comfortable and the included breakfast was basic at best. Wouldn’t recommend it.
