Rezervasyonunu gerçekleştirdiğimiz otele gittiğimizde otelin kapalı olduğunu göedük ve iletişim numaralarını aradık .İki numaralarıda ulaşılamaz durumdaydı.Hotels.com yetkilileri ile görüştük ve kendileride otel ile iletişim kuramadılar ve mağdur olarak konaklama için başka bir yer bulmak zorunda kaldık
