We didn't have any problem there. We expected a normal-good hotel, similar than others in the area, but we were really surprised about its charm being a small hotel, full of pictoresque details. Very well located but quiet to have a good rest. The staff, all of them, really nice. And the buffet breakfast, amazing. When possible, we'll repeat the experience!

8.5/10 memorable,definitely coming back The location was great ,very convenient neighborhood.It was very close to the city center and everything you needed was within walking distance such as,grocery stores,shopping stores,public transportation stations.The hotel was very clean the staff and owner were really nice and friendly.The breakfast was AMAZING,every day they had different menu. Our room however was quite smaller than we expected it was not suitable for 2 big suitcases,and we didn't have enough room to move around. The bed was small for my height and it made kinda like a squeaky noise which was kind of annoying.Despite of that everything was perfect we will definitely come back

Very good BUT

The good :- authentic, traditional hotel approx 200m away front alacati markets, bars and restaurants. Very clean, a unique place to stay. Lovely staff they even arranged a free car transfer to beach for us on first day! Breakfast was good... traditional Turkish with minimum of a dozen tapas type dishes brought to our table. The bad :- disturbed sleep on both night's there. noise from other rooms due to poor (nil) sound insulation. Can hear other guest's even in their bathroom!!! Noise from other tourists walking past bedroom window, talking shouting singing wtc till 3am. Music was played loudly nearby till 4.30am. We left feeling tired and it left a sour taste tbh. Shame

Very nice and cosy hotel

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel interior and exterior are very beautiful. The city center is within a walking distance. We especially liked the breakfast and the home made jams. The staff were very nice as well.

First the nearest point you can access your car is 300 m and you have to carry your baggage,the rooms are small and bathrooms are dirty and uncomfortable,about the beds-they have to be- 1 king size,1 double and 1normal and in fact they are 1 double,1 normal and 1 matrices

Everything was great except the problem we had about our reserved room. We booked the superior room but they gave us the deluxe room which was smaller, and when we explaiend our problem neither the hotel nor the expedia took the responsibilty of that. Apart from that, our terrace was veru cute. It overlooked a beautiful alley, and the room and the hotel itself was full of cute detailes.

Oda pisti. Terlik bile yoktu. Duşa kabin su kaçırmış onu bile temizlememişler. Çalışanlar Türk değildi anlaşmakta zorluk çektik. Odada klima sıcak hava üflemiyordu arızalı olduğunu bildirdik odaya gelen kişi resepsiyonda karşılayan kişiydi büyük ihtimalle tek başına çalışıyor klima bozuk demesine rağmen oda değişimi yapılmadı. Bütün geceyi soğuk odada geçirdik. Odanın hiç bir manzarası yok balkonda ki mermerler pisti oturmaya bile yeltenmedik.

Rutubet & Gürültü Sorunu

Öncelikle en büyük sorun rutubet olması. Oda asla güneş almıyor ve banyo havalanmıyor. 3 kişilik oda seçerken iki katlı oda olacağını sanıyorduk ve rez yapmadan önce aradık otele ulaşamadık, bize 1 odada 4 kişilik yataklı bir oda verdiler. İkinci sorun da gece ve sabah odamızın hemen dibinde masaların oluşundan dolayı kahvaltı saatlerinde gürültüden dolayı 8.30’da uyanmamız, aynı şekilde gece 02.30’a kadar insanların sesini duymamızdan dolayı uyuyamamız. Çamaşır hizmeti sorduğumuzda duyduğumuz 800 liralık ücrete şok olmakla birlikte en azından beyaz ve siyahları ayrı ayrı yıkayalım dediğimizde 1600 tl para istenmesiydi, yardımcı olmak gibi bir niyet hissedemedik. Fiyat-Performans bir yer bile olsa rutubet kabul edilemez.

Genel olarak temizdi. Odada dnd kartı bulunmadığı için kapımızı kitledik. Ancak odaya döndüğümüzde odaya bizim isteğimiz dışında girilmiş, eşyalarımızın ve çamaşırlarımızın yeri değiştirilmişti. Resepsiyona indiğimizde yetkili kişi odada dnd kartı olduğunu, kapıya kart asılmadığı için oda temizliği yapıldığını söyledi ancak odada asılacak bir dnd kartı yoktu. Bu durumun üzerine yetkili kişiyle tekrar bir konuşma gerçekleştirdik. Konuşmada dnd kart sistemini otelin kullanmadığını, odaya girilmesi istenmiyorsa resepsiyona söylenmesi gerektiğini söyledi. Ancak otele giriş yaptığımız gün bu konuya dair bir bilgilendirme de tarafımıza yapılmadı. Kaldı ki her ne kadar odamıza rızamız dışında girilmişse de eşyalarımızın tanımadığımız insanlar tarafından ellenip yerlerinin değiştirilmesi hoş bir davranış değildi. Otel yönetiminin de ertesi gün kahvaltıda bilgilendirme için yanımıza gelip odaya girilmesini istemiyorsanız bildirmeniz gerekirdi tarzı suçlayıcı davranışı da hoş değildi. Otelde dnd kartının olmaması durumunda -ki bu durum da otel standartlarına uymamakta- oteldeki uygulamayı kendilerinin tarafımıza bildirmesi gerekirken bizim onlara bildirmemizi istemeleri baştan aşağı saçmalıktı. Ayrıca önceki gün çalışanları otelde dnd kart sistemi uygulaması olduğunu herkesin odasına kart bırakıldığını tarafıma söylemişti. Eşyalarımızın ve çamaşırlarımızın karıştırılması dışında; kahvaltı ve oda temizliği standarttı. Otelin yeri merkeze yakındı. Ortalamanın altında bir tecrübeydi.

Odalar biraz küçük ama onun dışında her şeyden memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı müthişti bahçesi çok tatlıydı. Otele yakın ücretli otopark mevcut .Tekrar geldiğimizde yine tercih ederiz.

Hayatimda gittigim en vasat otel, hatta otel denemez sokak arasi bir apart, kahvalti o kadar kotu ki eksimis reçel, bayat domatesler, gercekten hayal kırıklığı bu paraya asla degmez, odalar cok kucuk ve eski ustelik ses yalitimi cok kotu yan odayi tamamen duyduk, aileler tercih etmemeli. İyi yorumları neye göre yapmışlar anlayamadık gerçekten. Son gün kahvaltı bile yapmadan yola çıktık çünkü dışarıda simit peynir bile daha taze ve lezzetliydi.
