Had kitchen with everything, we had breakfast at our balcony with breathtaking view. Dinner was lovely too. Zivan was the kindest and charming host who really looks after us, great advice/tips around the plitzice national park. We'd definitely come back! "

"This flat is in close proximity to the lakes and worked well for our young family (2 adults + 2 children). The flat was very clean and functional. I read the other reviews regarding the small size of the flat and factored this in. I would suggest a maximum of 3 adults (or 4 people if children included); it would definitely be too small for 6 people, there would be no space for any belongings or even to walk around. "We had a lovely stay! The host was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, a welcome drink in the fridge, and outdoor toys for the kids made it feel extra special. Very child-friendly and just 11 minutes from shops and a bakery. Highly recommended!"

"We had stayed at this property six years ago - and returned a second time . It is in a great location and the rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms . The kitchen is small but impressively well stocked and has all the amenities you would want to cook in instead of going out to dinner every night . "This was such a lovely stay and beautiful accommodation. The room was extremely clean and well maintained and taken care of. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the accommodation was lovely in such a peaceful area. Would apsolutely recommend and would love to go back! "

"We were visiting from Canada with family. Mate, your host, is most accommodating. The place is quite new and suited us perfectly. It is just North and only 9 minutes drive to entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes National Park and therefore a great staging ground for a day trip there. The room is clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. While it is possible to enter the park at 7am and start hiking and have breakfast at one of the restaurants inside, we suggest a more leisurely breakfast with Mate and then head on to the park. He provided a perfectly good meal with lots of fruit, bread, eggs, sausages, ham, mushrooms, and vegetables. Coffee machine is available. Wish we could stay longer there. Thank you Mate. You are a good man!"
