Best VRBO house ever

This house is gorgeous, unique, well equipped, clean, and served as a perfect place to celebrate a 90 year old birthday. Communication with Cindy was perfect. Best house I have rented.

Beautiful Historic Home

Our large family group stayed at this unique historic home for our daughter's wedding. A rare opportunity to stay in a home built in the 1850's. All modern amenities but the charm and decor are off the charts. The gardens and fire pit area are lovely. I would recommend this property to anyone who loves historic homes and would like a unique experience. The host was easy to contact as well.

This house was among the best I have stayed in on VRBO. We were 6 professional men celebrating our 60 year friendship starting from grade school. The house was perfect, one room for each and amazingly clean with everything we needed.

Chadds Ford Getaway

This Chadds Ford home exceeded our expectations. Although it was built in 1851, it has been updated to provide all of today's conveniences while still keeping its historic charm. Our family of 9 (7 adults, 3 yr old, 1 yr old) enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms, as well as views of the beautiful property and local wildlife. The owner responded promptly to our questions and entry was convenient and easy. The cold weather did not allow us to utilize the unheated gameroom or firepit area but we still thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas week stay.

Absolutely gorgeous property

My extended family stayed together here and just loved everything about this home. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room. The beds were very comfy as well as the various seating areas. The home is beautifully appointed and feels so cozy. There were more than enough supplies such as towels, dishes, soaps and games. The games in the barn were an added bonus. We enjoyed plenty of time outdoors where there was ample seating for everyone and space for the kids to run about. The property is so peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here

Magical Weekend

Ten friends and I gathered here for the weekend for my 65th birthday. There was a snowstorm on our arrival day, but Cindy made sure the driveway was navigable and the steps were clear. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and very well supplied. The location is lovely. We felt like we were in the middle of an Andrew Wyeth painting, with the snowy woods and fields all around. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for cooking and enjoying a complicated dinner for the eleven of us. The six bedrooms (on the second and third floors) are gorgeous and comfortable, and quite private. And there is a large living room for gathering, as well as a smaller sitting room. It was perfect for our party. We kept hoping we would get snowed in and not be able to leave! Also, communication with our host was seamless. Thank you, Cindy!

A Truly Stunning Property!

Great Home, Host and Amenities

We had a great experience with this host and location. As described with great communication. The only thing I would note is to bring bug spray as there are ticks and beetles in the home and around the property.
