「I stayed here for one night while visiting my brother in Bramhall. It is a lovely, quiet country inn, not far from Stockport station. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm and friendly. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The shower had lovely hot water with a huge bathtub. All the staff was so kind and could not be more pleasant. I also invited a family of six that night for dinner and everything on the menu was delicious. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.」

「I was quite happy with the service in this hotel, the assistant manager was really helpful and friendly. I read some comments complaining about the breakfast and rooms condition, i guess it is not fair as we are not paying high amount of it so shouldn't expect extremely high. The breakfast was delicious just my room was a bit old but it's a village hotel, so it's much better than i expected. Btw, the pool was quite full so maybe not worth it if you have to pay extra for the entry. Anyway in...

「We stayed in a room that is more spacious than average ones. Clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Buffet style English breakfast is served, and quite tasty. The kitchen even takes simple orders to suit your needs. Guests can also use the pool and gym for free, which is rare for many hotels. Lots of parking spaces. The only concern is that the room has no air conditioning. During a summer day it could be rather hot and stuffy.」

「A lovely gem of a pub with a fantastic restaurant and friendly staff/hosts. A very enjoyable stay and will definitely return. Stayed in the largest of the three bedrooms. Very characterful and with a freestanding bath in the bedroom, decent double shower in bathroom and 2 comfortable swivel chairs in bedroom. It was very comfortable. Showing a little sign of wear and tear but not major. Only downside in bathroom was no overflow for sink, so no plug but it wasn’t a major issue. Had been twice...

「Booked a basic room over the weekend. Everything, including bathroom, was very clean. The bathroom door is just a sliding door (in case this is important to anyone). There was some muted noise from other guests but not too noisy even on the first floor. Staff was watchful and helpful. The hotel is also about a mile from a very big train station. 「Beautifully clean and appointed accommodation. Host very helpful and friendly. Only criticism is the bed is just a normal double size.. for us we prefer a bigger bed. Lovely seating area by a pond which would have been nice to sit by if the weather had been kinder! Definitely recommend . 」

「Very well appointed for the price . Thought we had an issue trying to contact hotel to let them know we were going to be late for table reservation at 9pm having driven 5 hours . Phone just kept ringing out . However wonderful bar staff managed to cconjur a meal for us right at 9-20 after kitchen was closed . Excellent service 」
