「Excellent location. Great staff.」

「This BNB is just outside of downtown Utica, and just far enough that the setting is quiet, peaceful, and serene. The house itself is charming inside and out. The couple that own the house are very kind, helpful, and very hospitable. Since my own experience was exceptional, this BNB gets booked often, so one definitely should book well in advance. 「The bathroom floor was dirty. The noise from upstairs was unbearable- too loud even through ear plugs.」

「This hotel is located across the street from turning stone. We went to turning stone to golf and have fun. The shuttle service was excellent! We never waited more than 5 minutes. The staff was great and informative! The breakfast was very good as well. AND we found a lovely bistro about a minute west of the hotel where the food was great and we could fo a wine tasting.」

「I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund.」

「We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and breakfast was good. I was pleasantly surprised with the coffee bar in the lobby. Staying there again would happen if the situation should occur.」

「I want to give this quaint hotel five stars. The place is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and helpful and professional! The restaurant was Devine - top notch food and spirits! It’s just that it’s not restful. We were up until the staff were done for the night, then other guests filtered in making their own racket. It’s an old house - so it’s truly not meant or designed to be sound-proof. Outside of the disruptions, this was a fantastic stay!」

「Parking was easy and secure, and parked right in front of the door to the room I was in. I only give four stars for cleanliness. I don’t know if there were any ice machines or vending. They never mentioned any of those things and I didn’t even look for them. I don’t think there were any plastic cups in the room, but I’m not 100% sure. I brought my own bottled water. I think there should’ve been more towels, but I made due. Overall I give it a thumbs up, and the price was decent.」
