Villa Bella Loukisia is situated right next to the seashore and is equipped with all the modern comforts and amenities. It is surrounded by the blue sea and a beautiful, mediterranean garden filled with fruit trees. With the ability to host ten people comfortably and its' proximity to the beach, it is the ideal place for relaxation, quiet and private moments.
The Place
The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood with other cottages, 15 km from the center of Chalkida. The residence consists of 5 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished, with air conditioning, radiator, TV, security alarm, wifi internet, balconies with panoramic view over the sea and free parking. The beach is right outside of the Villa, where you could swim and sunbathe without the trouble of moving more than a few meters from the house. If you prefer more organised beaches, where you could play beach volley and visit the nearest beach bars, then you could do that within 5 km distance. If you are more interested in quiet activities, then the road in front of the Villa is ideal for jogging in the morning, and in the afternoon you could chill at the beach to enjoy the sunset.

The Villa is easily accesible from Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos", in a distance of 90 km. We will personally welcome you there at the airport and lead you to the Villa, so you don't have to worry about finding the way to there. I would recommend you though considering renting a car, when you arrive at the airport, in order to be more flexible with your daily shopping and any possible day trips you might want to do. The Villa is also in close proximity to Athens (70 km) where you could visit Acropolis, Monastiraki and other popular areas or you could go for a trip to Sounion, to see the ruins of the ancient Greek temple of Poseidon. Other known places of Greece that you could visit within one-hour distance is the Mount Parnassus (where the traditional village of Arachova is situated), the ancient sanctuary of Delphi and the magnificent monastery of Hosios Loukas.
