“Had a great experience at the Chalmette Holiday Inn Express. Trena and Melanie were very helpful in selecting local restaurants. Rooms were very clean and supplied well for all our needs. The morning breakfast had a good variety for our selections and opened on time every morning. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.”
