“Spacious and comfortable for 6 adults to relax indoors and out. Well supplied kitchen, which is good because you should plan to cook your meals. Restaurant scene in Chama is seeing some turnover. Only one cafe was open during our mid-week stay. Walking distance to the train station, which is well worth the visit. Forested area with elk and deer in and around the town. Beautiful country, I would come again. ”

“If you are planning to stay in Chama and are riding the train, this is the place for you. Staying in this train engine tiny home met and exceeded our expectations. The unit is very new and maintained with the guests in mind. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our overall stay. And on another note is the outstanding awesomeness of our hosts. “The caboose was lovely, cozy and comfortable. There is a street light on the adjacent corner to the caboose which reflects light into the downstairs bedroom. It’s very bright in the bedroom at night which did affect sleep. A blackout shade perhaps? Otherwise we loved our stay!”

“Wonderful experience and very responsive (yet discreet) hosts. It was a bit hot in August, but closing the blinds during the sunny hours and putting a fan in open windows at night cooled it down enough for us. The creek is so nice, wildflowers and butterflies and birds, a breezy porch... We were sad to leave when it was over. Lots of board games, too, which our kids loved! A nice fire pit by the creek.
