The staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel interior was clean and modern, as were the rooms. However, we saw two live cockroaches, one in the hotel room bathroom and one on the nightstand (presumably because we were in a suite, and guests drop food and don’t clean the kitchen area well). Overall, our stay was comfortable and better than expected for the price despite the bugs.
Clean room with comfortable beds. There was an issue with the TV remote(s) that the desk clerk (only staff person on the property) was unable to solve, but I give him 5 stars for patience, because I was tired, hungry, stressed, and impatient with him. AND THOUGH THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTERWARD, I SAW THAT THEY HAD REFUNDED MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE ROOM! That, alone, is enough reason to give them another try,
I will say that it would be nice if they added a little warmth and color to the rooms... some pictures on the walls, a nice pillow, a few basic condiments in the kitchen area... anything to make guests feel a bit more comfortable. And the breakfast could be a little nicer. But for the price, I think it's a good deal.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the AC didn’t seem to cool to my desired temperature. Breakfast was adequate but the area was very messy. Spilled coffee and scrambled eggs, crumbs. The coffee was not good! Staff was efficient but not very friendly and not professionally dressed. Flip flops!? It’s an ok place that could be really good with some small adjustments.
This property has been recently renovated. The best part of the stay was Jay our reception staff who was extremely nice and funny and very accommodatingIt’s definitely not elegant or fancy, but it was clean with fresh paint and had what we needed for a one night stay on the road. It looks like a property that seasonal workers or long-term workers might stay because it has a small kitchenette, th.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Obnoxious pet fees which amounted to more $ than the room for the night. Outside on sides and back very rough. Didn’t even like walking my dogs around. I would have gone to a different hotel, but I was stuck since I prepaid on Expedia

Room was comfortable and clean. Dead cockroach on breakfast area floor. Terrible breakfast. No milk, no knives, cereal was all sugared.

Breakfast was sparse pickings unfortunately. The room was clean but it had an odd odor, not sure if it their cleaning supplies or what it was. I would just squirt my deodorant around and it minimized it.
The room was recently renovated ,HOWEVER the bathtub was extremely slippery any caused my wife to fall breaking her teeth and black and blue hipps, arm and chin.I told the man at the front desk and he replied that they never had any complaints before.I hope the hotel will pay the bill. the man at the
