“The room was good size for one person. The tram is just basically next to the hotel. takes about 30min to go to the old town.”

“This was a lovely hotel. We only stayed one night but had a comfortable stay. Location was easy to find straight off the motorway. Good secrure parking ”

“Really great location for exploring Reims. About 15 minutes’ walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the cathedral, and only a stone’s throw from evening drinks in Place Stalingrad. Room was comfortable and quiet, with effective air conditioning. Breakfast was included and had an excellent selection - we particularly liked the loose leaf teas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cold filtered water was available from the foyer. WiFi was good throughout our stay.”

“No lift, but luckily they can offer the room in ground floor. Not near TGV station, it takes 4 tram stations. No toilet in "private bathroom". Some of the staff are rude.”

“酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受”
