「Quelques jours en famille à Métabief pour profiter des activités (Vélo DH, randonnée, parc aventures, etc...), le logement est bien situé et facile d'accès, très bien équipé, véranda au top. Sébastien est très réactif si nécessaire, procédure de départ et d'arrivée très claire et pratique. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le petit séjour dans ce logement.」

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
