Our condo features a new hot tub, 2 master suites (downstairs for privacy), fireplace, full kitchen, 2 decks, cable, WIFI, AC, washer/dryer all tastefully decorated in like new modern condition (not typical 7 Springs decorations). You can ski in via the Village Trail right to the hot tub/lower deck. Shuttle service is available directly across the street to take you anywhere on property. Located in the Woodridge community of the Villages.

Enjoy the best that 7 Springs has to offer all year around. In the winter skiing into the property (weather permitting), a short walk if you choose back to the trail or just take the warm shuttle bus. In the summer, the pool, playground, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts are just a few short steps away. In the spring/fall relaxing on the porch enjoying the festivals, hiking, hot tub and watching the leaves come and go.

The property is 1600 sq ft and is large enough for everyone to have their own space, but cozy enough to make new memories together. Upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on the top and full on the bottom with a 3rd bed that pulls out. 2 master suites downstairs have private bathrooms and queen beds. Comes with an air mattress and plenty of space for sleeping bags too! We can typically accommodate people checking in early and staying late for your added enjoyment and convenience.

Safety and security is something you should not have to worry about when on vacation. We have a smart lock on the condo and every guest gets their own personal code for their stay. No Contact required to check in or out.
