「As a non French speaking tourist in Montreal I was welcomed warmly by kind staff who speak both English and French with a very lovely and cozy building that has a great selection of rooms including some that are great if you are on a budget. Hotel Mini is definitely a place that I recommend for anyone staying a few nights in the area. Also I forgot to mention the location of the establishment probably couldn’t get any better 」

「It was pretty pricey for the area. The bathroom had some weird dark yellow stains on the walls—right around toilet height, which was kinda gross. The bed felt super flat and saggy, like I was getting sucked into it. That said, the location’s not bad at all. It’s right near the Arts Center—just a short walk and you’re there. So if you’re looking to explore what Montreal has to offer, it’s definitely convenient.」

「Staff was excellent!! Loved being in the middle of down town close to everything. Yes the rooms need done work, but the staff said they are working on that during the off season.」

「Check in was easy, the location is great, the room was very nice but the bathroom in sight disrepair. Just be warned that parking in the area is difficult so it would be a good idea to plan ahead. There is a pay garage a block or two away though. 」

Although the room was small and compact, this was exactly what we were looking for, just to spend the night in a clean and small place and spend the day exploring the city. The gentleman at the reception was very polite, patient and helpful and gave us complete guidance.」

「4 nights, checked in to a broken room heater not working. Changed to a nicer warm room. There is only one staff at the front desk. Staff is helpful. Comfortable bed n nice pillow. Great location, close by are airport bus, Metro, St Denis eateries. Will stay again. 」

「Belle endroit, les cabines sont confortable mais on entends tout ce qui se passe autour. J’étais curieuse de vivre cette expérience en dortoir. Mon sommeil a donc été léger. Je n’ai pas réussi à ouvrir le casier donc j’ai laissé mes valises dans la pod par chance je ne me suis rien fait voler. Belle Douche 」

「Expedia charged me on my Discover card when I booked. Hotel Arena Palace charged me when I checked in on my VISA. It is double charge. When I checked out I left notes to Hotel Owner/manager to complain double charge. I ask "Please refund me." 」

「This lovely small boutique hotel is all charm and outstanding service. The entire staff was friendly and focused on service. 3 restaurants including the rooftop terrace provided a nice selection from a finer dining experience to more humble fare all prepared with excellence. We will be back.」
