I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, au cœur du 16e arrondissement, avec le métro à proximité ainsi que plusieurs restaurants, commerces et une pharmacie, ce qui rend les déplacements et le quotidien très faciles. Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et arrangeant. On s’y sent rapidement à l’aise, dans une ambiance calme et agréable. Mon séjour s’est tellement bien passé que j’ai finalement décidé de prolonger d’une nuit ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerais sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Paris.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a little hole in the wall. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. The whole place stinks. I had booked a room with a “jacuzzi” that had no jets. The room has no iron and when I asked for one the staff made me get it from the desk, and I had ten minutes to return it as they ONLY HAD 3 for the whole hotel. The room was unclean, they had left the previous guests stuff in the closet. The bathroom smells like urine constantly even if it hasn’t been used. The carpets are old and dusty, along with the walls as they are covered in fabric. The staff are also rude and disrespectful. I had a do not disturb sign on my door and while I was in the bathroom I heard knocking. The second I walked out the staff was already entering my room- huge safety issue. When I checked in, I had to carry all my bags upstairs alone. If you are used to any type of normal hotel culture I would avoid this place.

Clean room, staff were really helpful, air conditioned and the location is safe and near any necessity stores and close enough walking distance to the Eiffel Tower as well. My sister and I had a great time staying here for a week.
