「Vince was absolutely wonderful and incredibly communicative every step of the way. I genuinely don’t know when this man sleeps—he responded to my messages within minutes, every time! He was so sweet, thoughtful, and patient throughout my stay.The room itself was adorable. The mini fridge was surprisingly spacious, and the microwave? Freaking cute. The space had everything I needed and more.Location-wise, it was perfect—just half a mile from downtown Chandler, which made it super easy to walk...

「Overall good; but microwave broke with 7 days remaining and never replaced. I can’t blame the host; but possibly the owner. Advertised as sleeps 4 but that’s with a sofa in living room that reclines (not a sleeper sofa). Virtually impossible for 2 adults to use. Complex was nice with pools, hot tub and 2 fitness rooms. 」

「Great stay. Highly recommend!」

「The shower curtain was too short causing water to run out of tub. It also needed to be cleaned. Bathroom base boards dirty. Location was ideal and having a pool was a benefit. Overall the cost per night should have been much less as there wasn’t anything special about this stay.」

「Apartment was clean and updated. We were able to park right outside of stairwell door, which allowed for easy in and out. The parking lot is a gated entry, so felt safe. The building elevator was broken for our entire visit, so with the room being on the 3rd floor it was a hassle to lug our large suitcase up and down for check-in and out. Host was responsive to all questions upon check-in. 」

「This was not the greatest VRBO experience for us but at least when we reached out the property management team did respond. First of all the google address that was under the listing was incorrect and we were sent to a totally different property and searched for the unit #. Upon finding said unit # things didn't seem right and we called and they did forward us the correct address which was several miles away. Hopefully this was fixed on the listing. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit...

「Very clean room and property. Very friendly, accommodating and patient host. Clean pool and pool area. Well maintained property. I stayed solo and felt safe. I will make this my "spot" to stay when I visit my uncles in Mesa. I want to thank Vince and his partner for providing such a great property and at a fair rate. 」

「The experience was exactly as advertised: easy to check in, central location to local restaurants and bars and clean. We were able to enjoy our time and able to walk for our meals. 」

「Condo as advertised, clean, neat and appears to be recently refurbished. Nearby pool was for the most part unused and thus not a noise problem. The only criticism we have is the top of the bed is 17 in /- off the floor, not what we're used to, draw your own conclusion. 」
