「The property was nice- our room was spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was yummy and had a great selection to choose from. The pool and hot tub looked good! Our room got cleaned late- sometime in the afternoon. Most places we have stayed at get cleaned in the late morning. Not a problem I called the front desk and they got right on it because we had a wedding to get ready for. They needed to make sure there were enough towels and toilet paper for 4 people. We had to ask...

「place was nice, but pricey for what you get. we’ve stayed at loews ventana canyon resort multiple times, & the rooms & bathrooms are very spacious & they have bathrobes as well. here, we had a fridge but no microwave.」

「The hotel was really clean and had a nice view. The rooms were well kept and comfortable. The only downside was the AC, it made a loud, weird noise every time it turned on. Also, the cafeteria is all the way down in the casino, so there’s nothing to eat inside the hotel itself.」
