Large shared space with dining table & chairs, seating for 4 (although not very comfortable) with TV and a large fridge. "I emailed sananwan beach b&b the day before i was due to arrive to say i would not be able to make the reservation as the taxi driver refused to take me as it was too far from the airport. I asked another taxi driver who contested the same problem. I emailed to let them know but they did not reply to my emails but they did charge me the FULL amount of for the three days i was due to stay. I am very unhappy about being charged for 3 days when i did not stay there. Very disappointed"

"The town house room was a basic set up with a good air con. The TV system I could not understand how to use it. The shower and bathroom were in good working order. "Cute place with potential. But... dirty exhaust filters, stove did not work properly. Cheapest microwave you can buy spurting flames. Coffee machine with no pods. I'm not sure where they expect you to buy pods. Big 5 gallon water with no dispenser. No toilet paper, no paper towels. Broken shower fixtures and outside did not work.Recycled YMCA shampoo dispensers. Bicycle cable locks on cheap plastic cabinets. Tacky. Bicycle with flat tires. No air-conditioning in main room so both bedrooms needed...
