"Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. "It was supposed to be a romantic night with my wife ... but there was NO heater ... The candle are romantic but not hot enough ... I almost wanted to start a fire in the fire place (without fire place...) After 5 minutes frozing and struggling ("should WE remove our jacket for hot shower or not?....") we decide to go back home in our warm bed.
