Restauration peu qualitative non digne d'un 4 étoiles surtout le soir. Ambiance cantine. Buffet répétitif et peu recherché, aliments low cost Personnel en sous effectif débarrassage bruyant. Pas de carte des boissons et choix très limité. Studio: draps déposés sur les lits à faire soi-même chaque jour. Matelas correct sans plus. 2 lits simples a la place d'un double 2 Belles piscines, mais interdiction d'utiliser les serviette de l'hôtel a la piscine.

Cumple con las expectativas, estuvimos muy a gusto, la habitación es amplia y limpia, la comida es buena y tuvimos que dejar la habitación muy pronto por la mañana para ir al aeropuerto y nos prepararon el desayuno para nosotros, un detalle, fueron muy amables

Ottimo struttura con 2 ampie piscine. Molto spazio e camere molto grandi e di recente fattura. Forse il bagno andrebbe ammodernato togliendo la vasca. Comodo parcheggio sotto la camera. La cena a buffet un po deludente, poca varietà.

Bra ställe, personalen var jätte trevliga. Dom hjälpte oss med att hyra bil. Poolen var riktigt bra, drinkar var mindre bra om du köper själv. Man kan ta bussen utanför in till Chania för en billig slant istället för taxi. Rekommendera stället

Was expecting more from this hotel... especially after paying 680$ for two nights. Apparently food was included but had to pay for drinks (water, coffee and soda not included. Hot water issues... Booked a room for four people and the beds were very firm and pillows sucked. The single beds are very small. Room was clean. Hotels.com charged me over 200$ in taxes and fees. Which was over 1/3 of my stay. Hotels.com scam...

Very enjoyable, family friendly experience! I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-3.5 star, because the rooms are a little dated. The highlight was the pool, the kids spent hours there. The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was a nice treat and convenient in the morning, with different selection each day. We didn't do all inclusive, but the food at the resort was very affordable, e.g. an entree and a drink for only 9 Euros. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, no frills and good value!

Très bon hôtel pour quelques nuits car piscine enfermée entre les bâtiments et il y fait très chaud Pas de plage privée et la plage de Stalos est de l’autre côté de la route Appartements spacieux et très propres Très bien situé pour visiter Pas d’animation ( pour les enfants ) Clientèle allemande en majorité
