Perfekt läge

Läget precis vid stranden är oslagbart. Det är ett enklare hotell. Vi valde 3 bäddsrum för två personer och därmed rymligt rum. För hård säng i min smak. Badrum och toalett behövs renoveras. Men i det stora hela är vi nöjda! Fotona som är inlagda är något missvisande eftersom det även finns ett nyare lägenhetshotell...

Elena Beach lille familiehotel

Beriggenheden er fantastisk og det er også den der betales for , hotellet er slidt, og små værelserne er små, Elena er et strandhotel alligevelvi manglede noget at hænge badehåndklæde og badetøj til tørre på, det var heller ikke rimeligt at der skulle betales ekstra for aircondition. Personalet er lige familiære nok til os, men søde var de alle. Der bliver serveret dejlig mad,vi savnede at vi kunne betale med vores visa, det var generelt på Nea Chora stranden. Fin fin service på stranden.

Servizi in caduta libera

Posto che in Grecia ormai si è in caduta libera in fatto di servizi, questo albergo segue il trend. Pregi: hotel sul mare, splendida vista, personale accogliente e disponibile, buon livello di pulizia. Difetti: camera e bagno minuscoli, vano doccia al limite del ridicolo, aria condizionata e wifi a intermittenza. Neppure un bicchiere in stanza (va chiesto al ristorante). Con il livello di servizi offerto, il prezzo è troppo alto; Dovrebbe scendere del 25%, come offrono molte altre sistemazioni a Chanià di pari livello (la differenza per la vista mare è eccessiva).

Personnel très accueillant et prêt à vous rendre service. Hôtel sur la plage de La Canée et en même temps à distance à pieds du centre ville. Seul point un peu négatifs, connexion internet parfois instable.

Right on the beach! Simple hotel but nice. Not many amenities so bring your own personal products. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Walk to everything from here.

Hotel Elena er ok hvis man legger fra seg komforten og standarden Norge har og tar i betraktning den økonomiske krisen Hellas befinner seg i. Det ville nok vært mer komfort på et større kjede hotell men da mister det jo det personlig sjarm og stil. Hotellett og trenger oppussing spesielt bad og dusj. Det veier opp at Elena er en svært hyggelig og hjelpsom dame og at det er et lite familiehotell og at det ligger supert til helt ved stranden....morgenbad og strandliv og rusletur til den vakre Venetianske byen og spise. Det greske kjøkken er stort sett en gourmet opplevelse. Område byr på flotte turer....på fjellet og langs de mange strendene. En ble en flott uke i Hania

Fantastic ocean view and fun atmosphere.

We really enjoyed this seaside studio with ocean views. We weren't quite sure of the location and check in process as our HomeAway messages were never responded to. Nevertheless, the place was nice and the people even better. It would be 5 stars had there been communication ahead of our arrival as the lack of when traveling overseas can be stressful.

Hotellet ligger fantastisk med dejlig udsigt over havet, komforten og pladsen på værelset var ikke i top. De havde kun tjekket os ind for 6 dage, men vi havde bestilt 7 dage, så vi måtte flytte til deres nabo hotel sidste nat!! Personalet var søde og venlige, og gjorde hvad de kunne for gæsterne.

Trevligt. Jättefin utsikt mot havet. Hotellet hade bar och restaurang och strandservice nedanför. Handdukar kunde bytas lite oftare. Städning och renlighet bra.

Perfekt for f.eks vennegjeng/ alene reisende

Perfekt beliggenhet til Nea Chora beach og restaurantene/tavernaer langs veien. Vi var en stor venne gjeng som var der og servicen vi fikk var tipp topp! Er ikke stort hotell og standaren er enkel men greie rom med sjø utsikt og veranda. (3 lange steg fra resepsjonen og du er på stranda.. :-) ) Så hvis du/dere er på utkikk etter noe rimelig og ikke bryr seg så veldig om komfort ville jeg glatt anbefalt dette hotellet.

Nice Hotel with an amazing view

The staff went out of there way to be helpful and friendly. The rooms where comfortable and the views stunning. Hotel is very close to the center which is just a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent in Elena Beach Hotel 7 nights in july 2016. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach, close to the Old Venecian Port. All rooms have a balcony with see view and sunset and look like on the photos, shower is not good. Staff is very friendly! Everything was really fantastic.

Dette var første gang i Chania og vi ble veldig begeistret for byen. Flotte bademuligheter. Rolig atmosfære (ingen masete selgere). Rommene i Elena Beach viste seg å være okkuperte, så vi fikk i stedet rom på Elena Apartments. Helt greit.

Nous avions réservé un hôtel au bord de la plage. Le soir de notre arrivée aucune chambre n'était disponible pour nous, malgré la confirmation de notre chambre par internet dans l'hôtel Elena Beach. A notre grande déception, on nous a basculé sur un autre hôtel (standing différent) mais pas au bord de la plage !!! L'enseigne "Elena" a 3 hôtels différent situé à Chania : Hôtel Elena Beach (le notre) ; Hôtel Appartement Elena et un 3ème... Nous sommes déçus...

Det er noe av det dummeste jeg har vært med på. Det stemmer at vi var to kamerater som bestilte Elena Beach,men når vi kom ned så var hotellet fult. Så vi ble plassert på ett "søster" hotell som heter Elena apartments. Vi ringte til dere en halvtime etter vi fikk rommet og sa at det var uaktuelt å bo der,siden vi ikke fikk det vi bestilte så forventer jeg å få ett tilsvarende produkt. Elena Beach er totalrenovert i 2011,det var en av grunnene til at vi valgte det hotellet,Elena Apartments er fra sent 80-tidlig 90 tallet og ubemannet hotell med fastboende,da ga vi beskjed om når vi ringte,da fikk jeg tilbake at vi skulle skrive en mail til dere og få svar ganske kjapt,nå er det 3 dager siden vi kom hjem og ikke hørt noe enda,det syns jeg er rimelig dårlig service !! Bestiller man en Golf så forventer man å få det,ikke en Lada. Dere kan gjerne ringe meg eller sende meg en mail så skal jeg sende over bilder av det vi fikk. Rett og slett patetisk. Som jeg skrev i den siste mailen jeg skrev til dere, så håper jeg på at dere tar kontakt tilbake.

Excellent seaview

Very clean room and hotel in general, all rooms have beautiful seaview, free wi-fi in public areas, cosy restaurant and cafe-bar, friendly staff. Strongly recommended (but don't forget shower facilities and hairdryer). Excellent ratio price-quality.
