Malmo is a great location for a stay in Chania. Old town Chania is beautiful and carries a lot of charm, and Malmo lets you access everything with a short walk. The windows are double-glazed to block out almost all noise. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The buffet breakfast is located on a rooftop balcony, with a small but choice selection of foods to enjoy in the quiet morning sun.
The staff were very helpful. My wife and I purchased grapes from the local flea market, and the staff offered to wash and plate them for us to enjoy on the balcony.
We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which came with a beach basket and towels which was a lovely edition. If we returned to old town, we would definitely pick Malmo again.

Great stay! Rooms were very nice, quiet, and modern. Great staff, allowed us to hold our bag after we checked out. Great area with very tasty restaurants near by. Also we only had the breakfast once due to early tour start times, but it was great when we had it.

A very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, in a quiet yet central location with easy walking access to the old town and harbour. Staff were helpful throughout; they arranged taxis to and from the airport without any fuss, which was appreciated. Will return when back in Chania.

Hotel Malmo was amazing! The breakfast divine and a lovely way to start the day. Staff was so helpful in booking a taxi for the airport and my hammam experience! The room was a delight, with a wonderful bed & absolutely loved the well appointed bathroom!
