On the same upper level, Bedroom 3 offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with a king-size Coco-Mat bed (1.80 x 2.00m) that can be converted into two twin beds if desired. Enjoy outdoor dining under the pergola-shaded dining area, next to a fully equipped BBQ corner with an electric grill and sink--ideal for preparing fresh meals and gathering with loved ones.?The complex offers three on-site parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.Resilience fee to the climate crisis??From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8EUR per night/villa from April to October and 2EUR per night/villa from November to March.
