Very old building , well located on the center of the calm and lovely chantaburi, just in front of some of the best local restaurants of Thailand, the hotel it's a little bit pricey for the city and the facilities that offer, for example the room with a fridge is 850b with a quite old tv and ac , that doesn't cooled all the room, have a nice swimming pool (so necessary on a tropical dry city like this, but seems to be on a permanent refashion, and not even the terrace of it is available for the guest, but in the end its a very nice hotel for the province

OK hotel in the middle of the city

I was canceled by my host on Airbnb (day before my arrival), so I was looking for room to stay for a night and found this hotel situated in the middle of the city of Chanthaburi. Hotel is old. Check-in was swift and friendly staff. I chosen to stay in VIP Suite (with twin beds), room is huge but aged. Bed is super soft which make me very uncomfortable. A/C is dedicated for the room. Shower is clean but need fixing of faucet of the bath, hot water and cold water works perfectly with little delay of hot water.

แอร์เสียตั้งแต่เมื่อไหร่ก็ไม่รู้ แต่ก็ไม่มีการซ่อมแซมแก้ไขใดๆ แอร์ควรเป็นการอำนวยความสะดวกสบายแก่ลูกค้า สิ่งแรกๆที่เวลาเข้าพักแล้วต้องสมบูรณ์พร้อม หากพังเสียหาย ขัดข้องก็ต้องรีบซ่อมแซม แก้ไข ไม่ใช่ปล่อยไปเรื่อยๆจนมีลูกค้าคนใหม่ๆเข้ามาพัก ให้ลูกค้ารู้ด้วยตัวเองว่ามันเสีย ว่ามันพัง เช็คอินเสร็จไม่ถึงสองชั่วโมงจะขอรีฟันด์ เพื่อไปพักที่อื่น พนักงานบอกว่าไม่ได้เพราะลูกค้าเข้าพักแล้ว ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ แล้วตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานก็ไม่ได้บอกว่าห้องนี้แอร์เสีย แอร์พัง ระบบทำความเย็นไม่ทำงาน บริการไม่ได้ดี แต่ก็ยังจะเอาค่าที่พัก Discount อะไรหน่อยก็ไม่ได้ แย่มากๆ ส่วนตัวเป็นคนเดินทางบ่อย เดินทางมาหลายปี แต่ที่นี่แย่ที่สุดที่เคยเจอมา！

I have stayed in much nicer jails, everything was 100% worn out! The bed was like sleeping on a pick-nick table! The breakfast was enidilbe! I felt like I would catch a fatal dieses when I accidentally touched the blanket! The room felt unsanitary and in this part of the world $32 is equal to 3 days of pay! This room is worth about $5 in this part of the world!

スタッフの態度が悪い

３泊ほど宿泊しました。バウチャーを見せ、確認後宿泊。翌日午後、ＥＸＰＥＤＩＡと確認がとれていないので現金で宿泊費を払って欲しい。または日本のＥＸＰＥＤＩＡに私の携帯から確認を取って欲しいと要求された。要求は拒否し、ホテル側でＥＸＰＥＤＩＡに確認するよう要求した。数時間後確認がとれたと言われたが、不愉快であった。

予約管理に難あり

予約後，支払いを済ませた状態でチェックインしましたが，チェックイン時，予約が確認できないと言われました。予約確定メールを渡しても，確認できないの一点張りで，チェックアウト時に現金支払いをするように求められました。結局，チェックアウト時に，支払い済みであることを再度説明し，二重払いは免れましたが…。

酒店设施比较陈旧，浴室也比较老。前台不会说英文，热水还可以。地理位置不错，离汽车站两公里。从酒店可以步行去宝石街和附近的景点。如果你想从酒店到车站的话，有个问题就是，不太容易找到当地交通去汽车站。总的来说，体验一般。

Bad service from reception staff, no pool

Everytime we talked to the reception they were very unfriendly, never said "good morning", "please" or "thank you". They didn´t want to accept our booking at the beginning, because they couldn´t find our booking number although we showed them our passport to identification. Although my name has been on their hotels.com printout the check in process would last 30 minutes. The building is very old. There were hair and old soap in the bathroom, holes in the bed sheets. There is no pool to use although it is in the profil of the hotel. We complained, because we booked because of the pool and asked to get the money back for the 2nd night. Reception staff very rude and unprofesional about that issue. They didn´t care about our requests at all and simply ignored us. We talked to the manager who was very friendly and cooperative and helped with the problem.
