“We stayed in this property with 30 adults and several small children! Everyone had a comfortable bed and privacy, and the living room is genuinely large enough for our whole crew to eat at once! Appreciated the multiple stoves, ovens, and sinks too! The pool was a hit with everyone, and the beach is super close! We found the beach access to the left of the house easier to navigate to the beach over the dunes. We had a few small hiccups that were quickly handled by property management. The place……

The decks were wonderful and the pool area was amazing. The pool it self was awesome and got a lot of use after a day at the beach. “This vacation home was exactly what we needed. We had four families with 8 adults and 8 children, yet the house never felt crowded. The kids loved the movie room at night and checking out the horses from the decks. The pool area was perfect for the late afternoon. It is walking distance to the drive on beach. The owners had numerous beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool floats available. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. There was plenty of room to park. The charcoal grills……

“Home was in a great location with easy beach access and fantastic views. However, several issues included black mold on the mirrors in one bedroom, pool completely unfit for use, some bathrooms did not have any toilet paper at all, no bathrooms had any shampoo or hand soap (and this was not cautioned by the host), the couch showed visible stains (and it's on dark cloth), and the dishware was not clean. The host often took too long to respond (greater than 1-2 hours), so issues could not be……
