Quarto 508: cama ruim; ducha torta; porta shampoo quebrado ou vazio; box com limo; limpeza mal feita; ar condicionado ruim; falta de informações sobre: como fazer os aparelhos ( ar e tv) funcionarem; valores dos produtos do frigobar! O cartão-chave teve de ser magnetizado 5 vezes. As meninas da limpeza são muito simpáticas e atenciosas, mas parecem não receber muita orientação sobre o funcionamento do hotel: uma delas, no último dia da minha estadia (por volta das 11h), abriu a porta sem bater e me pegou deitada lendo, já que o horário de checkout era às 12 horas! Pediu muitas desculpas! Então, faltou administração ! Os atendentes de entrada, foram educados, porém um tanto apáticos e pouco pró ativos no atendimento ao cliente! O café da manhã muito repetitivo e pouco convidativo! O hotel requer manutenção e não parece ser um 3 estrelas, apesar do preço! A única coisa excelente é a localização! Espero que ajude na melhoria! Minha nota é 7,0.

Marquei cama de casal e tive que ficar com cama de solteiro no qual o lençol de baixo não era grande suficiente pra “prender” no colchão e ficava saindo no meio da noite. Não havia shampoo no dispensador de shampoo do banheiro e nem avulso.

Ótima! Para ser excelente, a qualidade das imagens das TVs - recepção e, principalmente, no quarto - deveria ser muito melhor. Com intensos "chuviscos", tipo TVs antigas analógicas... Deveria ser previamente informado (quando da reserva) sobre a cobrança do estacionamento/garagem. Excelente localização!

Nao confere o conceito "incrível" ou equivalente. Mas é suficiente. Hotel antigo, mas bem cuidado. Limpo. Bom enxoval. Menu de travesseiros. Quartos amplos. Café basicão. Estacionamento cobrado à parte, embora barato não ficava claro na reserva. Atendimento atencioso do porteiro da noite. Boas opções de comida próximo.

Bom custo benefício

Fomos pela segunda vez pro hotel. Tudo muito bom! Café da manhã bem variado, quarto amplo, cama confortável. O que nos desagradou foi que, só tinha um jogo de toalhas no banheiro quando chegamos, a camareira NÃO ARRUMOU nosso quarto nos dois dias que estivemos lá e a claridade que entra pela janela quando amanhece.
