With 1 cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed and a charming living room with a sofa bed, and a chair bed this 700 square foot space is perfect for a relaxing stay. The mossy back yard faces a small creek which feeds University Lake, our clean water source. Enjoy amenities like AC heating, WiFi, and a high capacity washer/dryer to make your visit comfortable. The apartment has a regular sized electric stove, a regular sized refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker. University Creek will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Chapel Hill.
