"We had balcony room overlooking the sea"

"I stayed here two years ago and again this past week for work. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms has goen downhill. You can tell their cutting corners. The lamp in the room was visibly/obviously broken. The curtains were soiled. Cards left in the room to communicate information were bent or wrinkled. It was disappointing. "

"Clean & spacious room , not yet upgraded in the ongoing renovation but perfectly acceptable and with proximity to the lift for my less-mobile companion. Staff attention to these needs was impressive (safety q’nnaire for evacuation needs) and Louis at front desk was charming. Great position on the seafront and walkable to the Laines (where there is secure parking) "

"Excellent newly built hotel, clean, modern and welcoming. Would stay here again 100%. Easy parking in the multi-story opposite, and a stones throw from the beach and shopping centre and restaurants"

"Perfectly placed. Both quiet and central. Near to both beach and restaurants. Room large and clean. We were there to run the Brighton half marathon and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful for us with the early start and even provided protein bars and snacks for us. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for any occasion 100%. Bar area had a lovely atmosphere to sit and play games. All the amenities that we needed were here and more and didn’t cost any more than anywhere else value wise."

"Nice clean room, very convenient location. My only disappointment was learning on arrival that it is extra cost to use the hot tub."
