"Staffs are friendly "

"The room was clean but very cold and heating never came on so one of the staff gave us an electric heater and we had to run the taps for ages to get hot water. Also noticed a lot of mould in the corridors at the windows. Breakfast was okay. The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment!"

"Didn’t have breakfast and the room was slightly dirty (bin wasn’t emptied), that being said the rest of the room was great and the staff were incredibly helpful. "

"Hotel is clean and tidy, with lovely staff. The spa itself was a huge bonus at a hotel, the only downside I have is that there are a good few steps in this hotel, some quite tricky steps down to the lower level spa, but it was lovely clean and very relaxing. Can get quite busy. "
