「This was the perfect location. Beach access was right around the corner and the pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy. Very satisfied with our stay here. Property manager was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. The only negative was the area by the grill outside was pretty noisy one night and unfortunately was right outside our window. Would definitely stay here again, my kids loved every bit of this trip!」

「First I accidentally booked the wrong dates and did not realize it for a few days. I immediately contacted the property owners who were able to accommodate our correct dates and made the change with no hassle. Property owners were friendly, accommodating and helpful. I viisit Corpus Christi a few times a year and would definitely rebook this property. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your VRBO. 」

「Great experience. The condo was very clean and spacious...it had everything we needed. Pool on the property is the best pool I've ever been too. It's lagoon style with a kids area/splash pad. Loved it.」

「The location and actual house is exactly what we were wanting in a stay. The location was perfect for us to go downtown, go shopping, and go to the island/beach. The bed (master) was very comfy. Some of the furniture has definitely seen better days but overall a comfortable stay. 」

「Great property close to everything you need/want to do. Second time we have stayed here and neither time disappointed. Property is clean and host is quick to respond to questions/concerns. Neighborhood is quiet.」

「We had a great time staying at this townhome! There were 6 of us and we had more than enough space to stretch out and relax. The home was clean and beautiful! Elaine, the property manager, was great and responsive to requests. Would definitely stay here again!」

「This condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. I love that there are 2 full baths and a half bath on the 1st floor. The property was very clean. This property is also nice because it is next to the pool and the patio area is larger than the other units. The master balcony still faces the ocean which is awesome and the 2nd bedroom has a larger balcony overlooking the pool but still has an ocean view. The property managers were very easy to get a hold of. We will definitely stay here again!」

「Girls weekend was a success with the selection of Seahorse Cottage House was clean, airy, accommodating for the needs of our group. Amenities for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were great. Waterfront at backyard was a plus. Highly recommend. 」
