「Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. 「Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Arrived earlier than check in time and man on reception said he would come and find us when room was ready which he did and we checked in 2 hours early.
