We cannot fault this hotel. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The room was well lit, adequate power sockets and overlooked Broad Street. Passing through Chard from holiday in Sidmouth. When asked directions in Fore Street the lady we asked (Marian) told us her husband's parents had lived there & there was an egg packing station at the rear of the property.
