I can only rave about how amazing this property is. The rooms, the amenities, the staff, it was impeccable from start to finish. Not only were my needs met, they were anticipated and exceeded. The spa was fantastic, the food exceptional, and the staff truly excited to ensure a great experience. I originally may have thought the price was a bit high, but believe me it is worth every Franc! Cannot wait to stay here again, the best hotel!

Positive notes:
The staff is welcoming and helpful. The main property is quite nice and has amazing views, the breakfast has a nice selection as well.
Negative notes:
I decided to upgrade my stay to a deluxe room and I am very glad I did the bathroom was very outdated and had a small tub with poor water pressure. Out of the 2 other low price range hotels and 1 BnB I booked while in Switzerland this was hands down the lowest quality of them all which was unexpected for the price of the room. My wife and I were enjoying the pool area when asked to leave at 21:45 (15 minutes before it closed)
Overall: if you’re paying to stay in new wing of the hotel I’m sure it is an amazing experience, but if you’re staying in the “historic” wing then expect to enjoy the public areas of this hotel and not your room and it’s privacy.

Beautiful hotel . A little out of town but transport options were fine and even quite fun. Really enjoyed my stay
