「Clean and sanitized rooms, very safe, helpful owner, good parking」

「It was ok…Till getting ready for bed & roaches start to come out from the baseboards all around the room/bth rm…Not enough pillows for a king sized bed…Back started hurting…」

「Not clean .. absolutely no lights in the room at all no lamps nothing. The tub faucet was broken and cut my hand. There was newspaper clippings pasted to the wall with scratches on the walls with giant holes and painters tape covering everything.. the door didn’t shut all the way having to lock it to stay shut. 「There was nothing unique or special about the stay. My husband has a service dog which the proper documentation was provided at check in a waiver was signed as well, the next morning the room phone rings asking what type of service did the dog provide, that shouldn’t matter what type of service she provided you was shown proof.
