Weekend Boys Trip

Had a wonderful stay here, great beach access in a fun community. Enjoyed a day at the golf course and chartered a fishing trip in this area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Visiting son stationed in Buford.

Sea Breeze wal a great gathering place for our family. Loved the location, as well as, the accommodations. Particularly all four bedrooms having their own bathrooms. Would definitely stay there again

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed staying in the beach house! It was very clean and the view of the ocean from the front porch and upstairs window was phenomenal! We really appreciated being able to park the cars in the dry. Most of all we loved the very short 2 minute walk to the beach! All in all a great stay!!!!!

Perfect Location

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and everything was perfect. Great size house and layout for a group. Water views from the front porch. Walkable location- less than 10 minute walk to the main strip of Folly and minutes to the beach access that’s directly across the street.

Family gathering for Christmas Parade

The house was perfect for 10 our family get together. Location was a short walk to center street where restaurants and bars are. Plenty of parking. Great front porch with an ocean view and right across from the beach access. Plenty of seating for everyone and nice that every room has its own bathroom.

Great location and house layout

We loved the proximity of the house to the beach and the restaurants in town. The layout of the home was perfect for our family group of all ages, we were able to spread out for our down time but there was plenty of room on the first floor to gather together. Thanks for allowing us to rent this spacious home for our time in Folly/Charleston.

Awesome home in a fun area

Our entire group really enjoyed staying here. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the quick walk to a multitude of bars, restaurants, and the market. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again. Spacious and good views

Our family enjoyed rocking on the front porch each morning to the sunrise ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped for our Thanksgiving festivities and we really loved the easy walk to the beach and to town. The stairs were particularly difficult for someone with knee pain and would have appreciated use of the elevator, but the home is spacious and the views are worth it.
