We celebrated our 25th with our friends. It was beautiful and quiet until the smoke alarm went off. Haha we laughed at it as it added to our adventure. The property manager took care of us immediately. We all had a blast.

The views and proximity to the beach were unmatched! Not to mention, being a short 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston–this place offers the best of both worlds. We will be back!

Neptune's Folly is an older beach cottage in a great area, just steps from the beach. Spacious kitchen, large dining table, huge porch with comfy chairs and ocean view. They are currently working on a new deck in the back of the house. The bedrooms were large and had comfortable beds. There was a gas grill that we used most nights. It's a short drive/walk to town and there were areas to bike. Parking in town is limited for cars so expect to walk a block or two to get to Center St. The property management was great. Easy check in and good communication. We will be back.

My friends, family and I had an amazing stay at Neptune's Folly. Spacious kitchen, large dining table, huge porch with comfy chairs and ocean view. The bedrooms were large and had comfortable beds. We are already looking forward to our return visit.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and stayed here on follys beach! This was the perfect place! We had such a great time! The house is cute and the neighborhood is quite and the beach is right there! We will stay here again!

Our vacation stay at Neptune's Folly was excellent. The house was very clean, spacious and an extremely short walk to the beach. The beach wasn't very crowded and the local restaurants were great. We definitely plan to come back to Folly Beach in the future and this place will on our list of great places to stay!

We loved this adorable pink cottage. Location was great. It was quiet and very uncrowded yet a short bike ride you were right in the middle of town. Highly recommend.

Great location. Such a nice charming house in a great location. It had all that we needed and we loved it. The front porch was great for ocean viewing for us and the pooches. Would totally rent here again!

The house is right across the street from public beach access, making it extremely convenient. It has a great porch with a slight view of the ocean, which was perfect for my family members who didn’t want to go to the ocean. The house was very cozy and comfortable!

We only had a few short days. Folly beach was a really neat place to stay. Get a golf cart to make travel in town easy. We went to Charleston for a day and it wasn’t enough time. Such a beautiful town!! I would recommend a week to see a lot more than we were able to see and do in 3 days!!

This house is in a great location and Folly Beach was super fun, family friendly and laid back. The beach was right across the street, which made it easy to grab lunch or use the restroom. I would recommend adding a golf cart, if you choose to stay here in peak season, b/c parking at restaurants can be a bit of a bear. the house was clean but could use some updating.

Easy beach access. The street came to a dead end one block below us so there was little traffic. House has been remodeled . It was perfect for our family and our golden retriever. We have have found our new favorite Folly rental!

Overall this place is great. the location is fantastic and there is plenty of parking. The living space is ample, and the front deck being covered adds so much space. On the downside, the pillows could use an upgrade and the refrigerator is not level, making it awkward and difficult to use.

Great location across from public beach entrance. Updated kitchens and bath were very nice. There is no master bedroom. The main bath is the jack and Jill bath, which is a bit confusing in the pictures. Overall a nice older beach house, we had a great time.

Our family spent a week at Neptunes Folly over Thanksgiving. This is a great cottage in a quiet location. We loved that we could hear and see the beach from the huge front deck and beach access was directly across the street. The gate on the deck kept the dog safe while letting her enjoy the outdoors. Comfortable beds and nicely furnished kitchen. Lots of beach walks and cribbage. We highly recommend Neptunes Folly and hope to return next year.

This was our second year to Neptune's Folly. The house is older but has lots of charm, newly updated kitchen and baths and a view of the ocean. It's directly across the street from beach access so the location is great. The covered front porch is a big plus. There were a couple of HVAC issues, but the maintenance folks solved the problem promptly. it was a very relaxing vacation.
