「Our room was nice little kitchenette room and as clean and had plenty of towels!」

「Positives: The breakfast was solid and the king size bed was comfortable. The shower/tub combo, despite being dated, worked well and were clean. At check-in, the staff were friendly and helpful. Negatives: We couldn't tell if we were staying at a Quality or Comfort Inn as both brands were reflected in the hotel signage and at the desk. We paid too much for what should have been up to Comfort Inn standards but was not. The TV didn't work well, the carpet was old and stained, and there was...

「We chose this hotel because it had 2 treadmills. We arrived and 1 was broken. No one knew why or any idea when it would be fixed. More importantly no one cared. Had to spend extra money at planet fitness. Nobody cared.」
