Quick getaway

My wife and I took our teen daughter and her friend to Charleston for a quick getaway. The house was excellent! Great location to all the sites, shopping, and dining. The host was very communicative which is always appreciated.

Perfect house for a vacation in charleston! Definitely one of the best places i have stayed in charleston! It is very difficult to find houses near King street with parking but this house accommodates perfectly!

Location and charm

The property is a two unit dwelling that is in the perfect area for a stay in Charleston. The property is a short walk to King Street and offers very nice accommodations with high grade appliances, pretty decor, and comfortable beds.

A real charmer!

This was the absolute perfect place for our quick 48hr girls trip to Charleston. Each of us being able to have not only our own room, but also our own bathroom was amazing. Also, one of the best beds I’ve ever kept in - so comfy. You can’t beat the location of being just a couple blocks off King street. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see.

Very nice accommodations. Clean, comfortable, convenient. DW and washer/dryer very quiet. A little more complicated for large family meals, but that shouldn't affect most visitors. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, house, and visit.

Great property that is well taken care of. We had 4 adults and two kids and utilized 2 of the bedrooms, the bunk beds are an amazing addition. The living area is just the perfect size and allowed us all a place to relax when not out and play games in the evening. We really enjoyed the location, easy access to a number of coffee shops and restaurants. Super easy access to 26 so we could jump over to Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, and many of the other locations in the area.

Great Location!

The property is in a great location just a couple blocks from King and close to an array of restaurants. The only drawback was that there is no table to eat at which made it difficult for 8 people. Also, there were some items missing from the kitchen but the owner readily available and got us what we needed in no time. Overall we had a really nice stay.

It’s a lovely home in a fantastic neighborhood. Had we experienced anyone other than a bachelorette party upstairs, it would have been perfect. We would love to rent again, if we got the UPSTAIRS unit.

Girls weekend

This property was in a great location just off King Street. Lots of great restaurants all around. Beds were super comfortable. Renter was very responsive to all questions about switching unit to heat and to letting us keep our bags there a little after checkout. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer was there for quick use if needed. Would stay there again!!

Quick Family Getaway to Charleston

Our family book a last minute getaway to Charleston during my older daughters college spring break and before my youngest started high school lacrosse. We stayed Saturday through Tuesday (I wish we could have stayed longer). The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It's a perfect location to walk to Kings Street for shopping and restaurants. The front room was a little noisy, but the owners provided sound machines which was very helpful. Great location, all the amenities we needed....would definitely stay again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Trip!

The property was exactly as described. The owner could not have been more helpful. They even left a gift for us at check in. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries. The location was perfect - just 2 blocks from King Street. Centrally located to everything Charleston has to offer. Would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning a trip to Charleston.

Coolest place ever!

Everything about this place was ideal. We are traveling with friends, three couples, and each couple had their own private bedroom with a private bath, individual climate controls in the rooms, television in two of the bedrooms, and an immaculate, well-organized, modern kitchen in a very old traditional Charleston Home. We could not have asked for anything more. The property manager was so responsive to every one of our needs and answered all our questions. We highly recommend the little gourmet French restaurant across the street, Bistronomy. Excellent food and just 20 steps from our front door. We will be back.
