  • Have fun with the whole family! Conveniently located between WV State University and Shawnee Soccer Complex. Walk to the soccer fields or to WVSU's ball fields. Close to restaurants, easy access to the interstate, grocery and shopping nearby. Nicely updated, well stocked and waiting for you. Main floor bedroom with queen daybed, two bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed in each. Stackable washer and dryer on main level, well stocked kitchen with a gas range, microwave, full size refrigerator and keurig coffee pot, toaster and blender. Off street parking and check yourself in with the digital keypad.

The property is a great place. 2 upstairs bedrooms and 1 down stairs between the kitchen & living room (stacked washer/dryer shares this room & believe me really don't notice). Dinning room is great for meals & family games. The property is well kept and in a nice quiet location. Family went for walks around the near by WV State campus. Shawnee complex is close by. Since I have family all through the area, this will be my first choice for booking.

Lovely house just where we needed it for our granddaughter graduation. Quite quirky everything you need. Stayed 7 days not a quite house for our stay next door being pulled down owner moving a mobile home from the property over 2days Very helpful when we were locked out. The entrance seating could do with a little TLC we cleaned the chairs and bbq to be able to use them. But good place to stay

Lots of room

Lots of room for 6 adults to stay for a long weekend. This property was as stated, clean and nice and roomy. A few properties around it were run down.

It was a good place to for a much needed pit stop for our long road trip. Stair could use some kind of tread on them. They were kind of slippery and my husband slipped and fell down them when we were packing up to leave (he was okay thankfully). Host was very responsive about this and respond quickly when I messaged her. Overall great place to stay.

Clean and cozy location

My family stopped here during our road trip home on vacation. It was a clean and cozy stop for our last night traveling. It’s a very spacious house with lots of comfy spots for sleeping. We also had a great time catching fireflies in the yard.

Awesome place

This place is beautiful! Beds are comfortable. We were there for graduation of WVSU. We walked to the graduation and had a small gathering. If need this will be my go to.

Booked for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Communication during booking and instructions prior to arrival was great. We checked in late, but the information provided was very clear and made the process very smooth. The house was clean and just as we expected. The beds were comfy and it felt like a home away from home. Check out was just as easy, with clear instructions and request.

The house was very nice and had all the amenities you could need. It was great to have access to a washer and dryer and full kitchen. Parking was also a breeze. There isn't much nearby with regard to shops or restaurants, but that was obvious on the map, so we were prepared. The host was very responsive to messages. We had one issue that came up in the evening, but it couldn't be resolved at that time. The central AC doesn't cool the upstairs too well, but each upstairs bedroom and the bathroom have window units. One of the bedroom AC units was not cooling and it just happened to be a warm time of year. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. Some of the living room furniture could use replacing due to sinking/sagging, but there was plenty of seating to choose from. Overall, the location and amenities worked out well for us.

This place has everything you need for your stay!

We were completely satisfied and happy with our stay. There is a TV in every bedroom with air-conditioning all through the house. My husband couldn’t say enough about the shower. The water pressure was amazing. The communication between the house manager was great. Anything you needed? She responded immediately.

Amazing find!

Great location to Shawnee Sports Complex. No hot sun or winter weather beating on your vehicle either as it has a covered car port. Location is on the end of a quiet street. A/C worked great and the hot water lasted forever so everyone could bathe. Im very pleased with all aspects of this rental and Im pretty hard to impress. Lastly, the owner was very kind and communicated quickly. Book this place if you are in the area!

Nice stay in West Virginia

.When we arrived the owner was there to tell us her furnace was out and couldn't be fixed till the newt day. She offered to give us a refund right away but not knowing the area we said we stay there. She had purchase a space heater and got us set up. There were additional space heaters in the upstairs bedrooms. Everything turned out fine. Was a nice stop over on our way to Virginia to visit friends.
