“We really loved our stay here. It was in the perfect location for us and what we wanted to do, enough parking spaces so we were always able to park at night. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfy! The pillows were a bit on the small side but im not sure if thats an American thing or not. The only slight issue was when we were using the shower as the tap was kind of hanging out the wall so we had to be very gentle using the pull switch to alternate the water flow to the shower head.……

“I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites in Charleston WV. When arriving there was an event going on which did not impact my stay at all. I was in a room with no TV but a remote, I called front desk and they changed room instantly the only thing I had to carry everything back down to 1st get new key and go back to new room. The front desk attendant should have met me at room. I ordered room service and it was delivered quickly. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely go back!”

“Very nice property, clean well maintained. It is a bit remote and it was a little difficult to locate. If possible, since it sets well off the main road, a sign at the property driveway entrance would be a significant help for all new guest to more easily find the property.”

“Friendly staff, great breakfast, tv and WiFi worked great, plenty of hot water for shower, and very comfortable beds. BUT, the cleaning crew seems to think cleaning the tub/shower, putting in clean towels, and changing the bedding is all there is to cleaning the room. Sugar spilled on the desk. Dirt on the floor. Significant layer of dust on the shelf under the sink (which they have seen if they had put the hair dryer back in its bag. And the drain in the tiling didn’t work so hard to bathe……
