“The property was clean and inviting to stay longer. The staff was great. The room was nice and comfortable. Only concern was the shower needed repairs. Floor needed new caulk and door would not close properly to keep water in shower. Quality checks for showers needed. ”

I particularly like their pillows- should have asked where to buy them. They have black out curtains and the room was quiet even though I was there during KY Derby week- which was busy but not noisy. “The night staff was amazing super helpful and very friendly. The gal on the morning shift seemed annoyed both days. She seemed to be irritated by the eggs someone had dropped on the counter, it wasn't until I grabbed a napkin and picked it up that she even said good morning to anyone. The 2nd day after a long long day we arrived only to find the key cards weren't working that was quickly resolved. The first night we arrived we had been driving for 10 hours so we went straight to bed, the next……

“Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. ”

“This place is a switch and bait. Picture is for the Radisson in the front and the Derby is an old building attached in the back. Nasty looking and old. Do not believe the picture on the internet. I felt dirty and not safe there. One guy was watching us unload the car and made me uncomfortable. Would never recommend or stay there again.”
