  • Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront access. Our condo features a king bed, a full bathroom with additional safety features: a shower bar and a handrail above the toilet and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
    The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, hob with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
    The living room has seating for up to 5 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

    The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbour and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended holiday, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a single mom with 2 young boys (8 & 5) and this was the perfect location for us to stay for the weekend. We were able to walk to almost everywhere!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the room is amazing! The room itself could use some updating. The mini blinds are missing quite a few blinds and the door to the patio door is very difficult to lock. The furniture could use some updating. Both couches had stains on them.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in many of these units and this one was by far the worst. Missing blinds, wall paper coming off, cabinet doors that were stuck, and a toilet that is not stray to the floor properly. It's as if they have done nothing since 1989. However, the unit was very clean.
