“Been staying for years. It was a great place, then about 3-4 years ago it…changed. Not sure what but the quality of everything went down. Not the staff, you could tell the staff was frustrated, but they have always been great. During this stay there was storage containers of new furniture, their pool/hot tub was (mostly) fixed…. “Everything about this hotel was fantastic, except a couple of things. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t available for most of our stay which was disappointing. Also, the person working the cash register at the bistro was pretty rude when we corrected her on an order after she herself made two mistakes on it. Like we were inconveniencing her for her own mistake. Not the older woman. She was sweet! It was the younger woman. Christine or Christina I believe. Like, maybe quit if you hate your job so……
