“All the staff was extremely helpful. Jayaire, the bartender in the lobby area was amazing. He came up with a special drink for us and it was a hit with several guests that asked what we were drinking. Other bartenders were not interested in learning it so we went elsewhere when he left daily at 5. He was amazing and made our trip even better. Best bartender!!”

“Everything about the Ritz was nice. The staff are the best part of resort. Friendly and eager to help out.
If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the bathrooms around the resort...With the exception of the bathroom at Alora, none of them are airconditioned. Without air-conditioning, it get hits real hot, and the smell isnt pleasant either. ”

“Amazing stay!! Loved it. We rented a car and beach hoped and the location was amazing. The car ferry is close too! St. John was awesome for a day too. The food onsite was delish and so was the food at red hook. We also bought groceries which was slick. We are already planning other visit back. Hot tub and pool were amazing too.”

“Overall great experience - super nice property, ocean view, short walk to the beach, 2 pools. Our only complaint was that our room (The Hansen, a king suite room) was right next to the staff laundry room. The door was always open and we’d have to be careful opening our door, and staff would often be talking and hanging out right outside our door. Another thing was even during slow season (mid-August) we had a scare one night where parking was full, but luckily after driving around town for 5……

“We had a lovely stay! You have to be ready for somewhat rugged conditions as it's open air - think "glamping" - in the treehouse accommodations and so you are with the elements and animals somewhat. “We had such an amazing time! This cozy little condo was perfect for our needs. Great location, nice property. Our host, Chris was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. “The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). “We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place.
