“The word “luxury” is not accurate for this listing. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to stay for the night, this is great. There are good aspects to this house. It’s not far from the city center, quiet neighborhood, and has new appliances including laundry which was very useful. Our issues were the overall wear and tear - smudges and missing paint. “Lets start with the good: property was very clean both in and out of the unit. Unfortunately it also was not in the best condition, with a couch that you sank deep into and a dishwasher that is not up to todays standards, a toilet that rocked.
