The Coach House

"I felt like I arrived in the house of an old relative. It was chock-a- block full of an amazing assortment of knickknacks which filled almost every corner. In fact, there was almost no space to put any of my things in my room. My hosts were two engaging gentlemen who were happy to visit with me while I had breakfast. The breakfast was extensive and was far more than I was able to eat. You should know that there was no TV, although the Internet was fine, and my host brought a carafe of cold water for me to have. I was a little put off by the fact that the soap in the dish by the sink had been used several times before, and the remote for the room heat pump was not clean. I also noticed that there was a very strong smell of wet dog when I first arrived. I didn’t notice it after a while, and I didn’t notice it again when I returned after being away all day. There are three adorable French bulldogs in residence, and they greeted me enthusiastically whenever I appeared. As I said earlier, it felt more like staying with a relative than booking a hotel room."

"The house is so cute and inviting! Lots of room and everything you might need and more! Great yard and a ton of games and things to do. Only minutes from Saint Andrews. A great location and a guaranteed wonderful stay! We loved our time there!"

"Our hosts, Karen and Keith with their four- legged sidekicks Ziggy and Bello made us feel instantly at home and welcome. Karen prepared a delicious cheese cake to help celebrate André's birthday. The carriage house accommodation was spotless with high end appliances, kitchen ware, towels and linens and a very comfortable bed. We were also treated to fresh eggs, strawberries and other newly harvested goodies from the garden. The ocean access was even more beautiful than in the pictures and a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of sight seeing.We spent the week exploring the region with regular visits to lovely Saint Andrews to enjoy the sights and visit the pub, took a day trip to Saint-Stevens for the County Fair, travelled by ferry to have lunch on Deer Island and spent another day in Saint John, for a walking tour and a tour of the Moosehead Brewery. We were spoiled with magnificent weather enabling us to take full advantage of our natural surroundings and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this lovely property . We highly recommend the Carriage House if you are thinking of visiting Saint-Andrews."

"This was a spacious, clean, and luxurious-feeling space to stay. Having easy access to a quiet beach was amazing! Only 10 mins from downtown st Andrew’s & Ministers island, this place was ideal. We will definitely recommend this place and return!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage, and sitting at the gazebo by the water. The cottage was clean and bright and had all the conveniences needed for us to enjoy our visit. We would recommend staying here to our friends & family."
