The Space Relax and recharge in this charming, newly constructed home. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this property features an open-concept living room with a flat-screen TV and a cozy loft upstairs, perfect for relaxation or additional sleeping space. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, basic utensils, and a combo coffee maker compatible with drip and Keurig pods, while the dining area offers plenty of seating for your group. Complimentary coffee is provided to start your mornings right. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, and two queen beds. Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides privacy and a great space to unwind. Parking is convenient, with space for 2 cars in the driveway (note the slight incline, which may be challenging for low-clearance vehicles) and free street parking available. High-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a dedicated work-friendly desk space ensure that both leisure and business travelers have all they need.
Guest Access Guests have private access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the backyard except for the locked Owner closet.
Self-check-in is available via an electronic lock for added convenience. Early check-in requests can be accommodated based on availability.

HOUSE RULES:
We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.
Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy. *If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Check-in and Checkout Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased the prior day; early check-in is at 1:00 PM) Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Security Cams Tampering with or disabling the security camera(s) will result in a fine of $500.
Quiet Enjoyment You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without a refund.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.
Access to the Home Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet. To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets Pets are NOT permitted on the property. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine.
Parking Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway, though note the slight incline which may be challenging for low-clearance vehicles. Additional free street parking is also available nearby. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Internet Usage By using the internet provided at any property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
