We didn't realized this place is under construction/renovation at the time we visited. I came in late around close to 11pm or so and said hi to the front desk clerk and she didn't acknowledged nor respond to my greeting. I said hi again and again but then there's still no response from her (she was on her phone)... Then she realized that I'm in front of her from her view against the glass window with the reflection of mine. And she said i startled her. Other than that, she customer service is ok. When going toward our assigned room, from the front lobby to the elevator to our room, most are covered with plastic linings on the carpet from the renovation i think, and inside the elevator's floor are partially ripped from the renovation work as well. The room we were in was with some minor spots of stains (dried blood or some sort), from the window curtains and from the bathroom's wall. The pillows are with a couple of long hair strings as well. Not to mention the surroundings of the premises are mostly accompanied with lots of dumped mattresses and old furniture and their main, front entrance are being blocked with yellow construction tapes (renovation work). Overall experience was ok. Nothing major to report other than the renovation work allover the premises. Oh, the room didn't have any iron/iron board for use, and asking them without any spare for use either. We might give it another shot (after the renovation work).

This is a fair and honest WARNING to everyone. This place is a complete SCAM. It should not be listed on Expedia. The photos are fake. The reviews are fake. The business conducted by these people should be considered criminal. When we arrived to the property, it was a DUMP. Again, the photos and reviews are FAKE. To top it off, someone ran inside the lobby screaming they got STABBED right by the entrance as I was complaining about the SCAM and CATFISH they did to my husband and I. We obviously did not stay and Expedia issued a refund. Someone is risking catching a disease by just walking into the place.

This place is under construction and should not really be open. An entire hallway is covered in plastic. The elevator moves so slowly that it feels unsafe. There were people screaming in the room next to mine. I left and asked for a refund.

Room wasn’t cleaned. Bed wasn’t made and trash was everywhere in original room. In new room the floors were not cleaned and the couch was broken and looked diseased. Hotel is going under renovations in hallways which is fine and I’m not speaking on that. I’m talking about the quality of cleaning in rooms. Was nasty.

If you have any other options, do not stay here. The front desk employee was nice and good at her job. That's the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. And I am not someone who needs pristine conditions; I have stayed in plenty of budget hotels. The hotel is doing renovations, so there are some areas where there is tape on the ground, areas closed off, etc., which was not an issue. That did not bother us. What did is that the room was disgusting. I cannot imagine it had been cleaned recently. Black stuff was coming out of the air conditioner, the couch looked like it had been pulled straight from a dumpster, there was a creepy bug on the curtains, the floor looked dirty, there was no soap or any toiletries at all in the bathroom, no iron or place to hang clothes, a hair dryer that smelled like it was on fire when I turned it on, and the sink felt greasy. We just needed a place to sleep and were leaving early the next morning, or else we would've immediately left and found somewhere else. Please, if you are reading this, just pick a different hotel!!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility doing some construction. Antiseptic smell. A couple of electrical outlets in room not working. Charging ports didn’t work. Limited choices in drink machines. Included breakfast was less than par. The Good Expedia rating was misleading. The price should have been a warning.

They were remodeling which wasn't mentioned. Every floor was having work done. Smoke smelling. Room didn't have a rod for hanging clothes up. Breakfast was serve around all the remodeling supplies/work. Pool was closed even though it said it was open until October 6th. Best thing about room was price, safe area and staff was friendly.

Unknown at time of booking and stay, property under construction. Drywall dust and shards everywhere in the common areas. Construction supplies stored in the common eating area. Cigarette fumes in the hallways from the workers. No TV service in first room, second room did not have working lights. Hair from prior guest on shower wall: EEWW!. No housekeeping: informed at checkout that had to be specially requested. No cups in room. Stayed only because of low cost and convenient location. Never again. Credit to the friendly staff.

Hotel was under renovation! Our door locked but we did not have safety lock, it was missing. Our heater did not work. Jose was immediately notified and he came quickly. Dominque at front desk was kind and helpful. We hope if we ever book there again renovation will be done!!!

This hotel is under a long renovation. We stayed there in September of 2024, and renovations were happening then. We certainly thought it would be finished by now, but the hotel has fallen below the level we prefer. Our room looked partially renovated. We couldn't control our room temperature, our sink was cracked, the carpet was "finished" with painter's tape beneath the entrance door to our room. Wallpaper was peeling badly above our entrance door in the hallway. Building materials continue to be piled in the breakfast area (also in September). The lobby had some improvements, but the elevator was very dirty.
